Brave New World is the third album by American rock band Steve Miller Band, released in 1969. It is the band's first album following the departure of founding members Boz Scaggs and Jim Peterman, with Ben Sidran replacing Peterman on keyboards.

Brave New World is a dystopian novel by English author Aldous Huxley, written in 1931 and published in 1932. Largely set in a futuristic World State of genetically modified citizens and an intelligence-based social hierarchy, the novel anticipates huge scientific developments in reproductive technology, sleep-learning, psychological manipulation, and classical conditioning, that are combined to make a utopian society that goes challenged only by a single outsider

703 quotes from Brave New World: ‘Words can be like X-rays if you use them properly - they’ll go through anything. You read and you’re pierced. It's the complete physiological equivalent of fear and rage. All the tonic effects of murdering Desdemona and being murdered by Othello, without any of the inconvenience. But I like the inconveniences. We don't,' said the Controller. We prefer to do things comfortably. But I don't want comfort. I want God, I want poetry, I want real danger, I want freedom, I want goodness.

Brave New World (1932) is a dystopian novel by Aldous Huxley. Set in the London of AD 2540 (632 . in the book), the novel anticipates developments in reproductive technology and sleep-learning that combine to change society. The World State's motto: COMMUNITY, IDENTITY, STABILITY. One egg, one embryo, one adult-normality. But a bokanovskified egg will bud, will proliferate, will divide

In this world, it's believed that social strife comes from conflict between the classes. The solution they've come up with is to homogenize the different social classes, biologically engineering, then psychologically conditioning them to accept their lot in life. Thus, the World Controllers have all but eliminated the social classes we're familiar with and instituted a caste system that, though it's entirely new, feels familiar, with the top 1% living in luxury and the rest slogging it out below. The brave new world is built on science and technology, without which the worldwide process of homogenization would be impossible. Human invention, the Director says, is vastly superior and far more interesting that nature, which they've circumvented through the cloning process.
