10 Mart 2017 ·. Hans Reffert created this artwork in 1973 meant to be used for the backside of Flute & Voice's second record album "Hallo Rabbit. This is the title track of Flute & Voice's first album Imaginations of Light. It was composed by Hans Brandeis in May 1970 and recorded in August 1970 by sound engineers Kurt Rapp and Martin Wieland at Studio Bauer, Ludwigsburg, Germany. The photographs were taken around the same time by Claus Deubel, Willi Hölzl and Bernd Schweigert. The locations are all in the vicinity of the city of Mannheim, . in a nature reserve near Rhine river. The artwork shows animated parts of the album cover designed by Hans Reffert.

Formed by ts Hans Reffert ('Flute') and Hans Brandeis ('Voice') in Mannheim in 1969, the Flute & Voice duo discographic debut was issued on Pilz in 1970. It featured a progressive mixture of ethnic influences and accoustic experimentations making it one of the most sought after pieces from krautrock's most underground scene. And so it remained in the vaults until Jack Wieber Records issued it on CD in 1995 as part of a 2 album CD (along with Imaginations Of Light). It shows a progression that some sources have noted to be a more direct and clearly structured sound, but obviously without any concessions to their principles of experimentation in sound, use of different instrumental textures, and their rich ethnic background.
